职位描述
- ?陪同客户察看项目/楼盘情况；
?就租金、租期等进行协商；
?深入了解项目情况，向客户传达准确信息，妥善处理相关事务；
?协助准备租赁协议、意向书、服务费确认协议书等文件；
?对每笔业务的进展以及潜在客户的开发进行积极跟进；
?协助发送/接收留言、快递或邮件；
?其它指派的各项工作；
任职资格
- ?有高档住宅（公寓、别墅）写字楼租赁、销售工作经验一年以上；
?具有两年以上的销售工作经验或外企及酒店工作经验者优先；
?责任心强，能够承受高负荷的工作压力,具有良好的服务意识；
?良好的英语沟通及表达能力,能够适应加班工作；
?良好的团队合作意识及吃苦耐劳精神；
?品德正直高尚,形象气质佳,年龄在26岁以上。
