• Multi-media advertising in magazines, websites, e-mail, etc.
• Dedicated Sales Team to work together with all real estate agents in Beijing
• Provide "Property Inspection" for agents & potential tenants
• Provide Cleaning Service during vacant time

After - Lease Services

 

• Property will be thoroughly cleaned before the tenant's move-in
• Assist to arrange the payment of those unpaid utility and telephone fees before the lease starts
• Conduct all the handover work with tenant during check-in
• Provide detailed check-in reports to landlords, for future and easy reference

Ongoing Maintenance during the Lease

 

• Assist the landlords with all the maintenance and repair issues during the lease
• Arrange monthly rental payment to the landlords in a timely manner
• Support landlords to arrange payment of management fee & utility charges
