She has taken that extra care in addressing our needs during our relocation to Beijing. Overall very pleased especially with how responsive Vivian was – always took calls and was incredibly quick to respond to any queries. Went out of her way to help resplve a problem for me whe I lost my phone. I've already recommended her to a friend.

I have to say that I was extremely satisfied with the service that I was provided. I believe that not only did Robbie do his job but he did it in a very professional manner that made a difficult process such as finding a place to live an enjoyable experience. He took the time to show me around the areas where I was being shown places and he described very thoroughly everything that I needed to make my decision and he took the time to negotiate with the rental company so I could move into the place of my choice. I am very very happy to be living in the area and the place that I am and I will definately contact JRE again if I require further service. Robbie was not only my agent but I consider him a friend and a resource. He has always been willing to assist me in case I need additional service and his effort has made me feel very welcome in Beijing. I love my new home very much and it will make this trying time away from my family more enjoyable. You should be proud to have agents like him, and I'm sure all your agents are as professional. My colleague was dealing with another agent and I have heard a very positive response from him, although I don't think he's quite as willing to comunicate this to you, I know that he is very satisfied.

I would like to say that the attention has been excellent during the whole process. We think that the office that the consultant found for us is the best in terms of location, quality and price. We want to thank Joanna Real State for the help, especially to Ms. Doris Li. She has been all the time very kind and supportive. We have checked options with other agents and we can say she has been the best and very above the average. If we would need real state services again we will definitely contact her again.
